I love what I do and hundreds of referrals from past clients have kept my business flourishing. Since joining the Real Estate industry in 1996, I have been honored with 20 top production awards, including the Pinnacle Quality Service Award and seven Centurion Awards.

 

Spring of 2010, my business partner, Jacquie Louden, and I moved our business to RE/MAX Realty Professionals. We are excited about the RE/MAX business model and the tools it offers us and our clients. RE/MAX Realty Professionals has established itself as a leader in our market for the past 20+ years. Our focus will remain top quality personal service and that will be backed by the additional benefits RE/MAX brings to the table.

 

Before becoming a Real Estate Professional, I owned a commercial casualty brokerage in San Mateo, California. I served as President of my 10,000 member agents and brokers trade association and served on the agents council of several national and international firms. I developed curriculum and taught agency management as part of a nationally designated certification program. Since 2001 I have been teaching Ethics and Professional Standards to incoming members of the Bloomington Board of Realtors and I chair the BBOR Professional Standards Committee.

 

My talented husband, Kurt Larsen and I have rehabbed twelve properties in the past 27 years. We enjoy cooking, music, dancing and laughing with great abandon with our son, Sam. We truly love this community and its diverse population.
